The Clock Tower of Pul-e-Mahmood Khan of Kabul city was inaugurated today afternoon by acting CEO of Capital Region Independent Development Authority (CRIDA) Abdul Sami Stanakzai in presence of Director of Historical Monuments of the Ministry of Culture and Information Abdul Ahad Abasi, deputy Kabul governor Ms. Hanifa Griwal and some of CRIDA officials after its restoration and reconstruction by the authority.

Engineer Mohammad Ebrahim, Senior Advisor on Social Affairs at Capital Region Independent Development Authority (CRIDA), and Financial Advisor Mohammad Asif Karimi along with a delegation from the organization visited Mahmood Raqi and Sayad districts of northeastern Kapisa province to monitor the progress of the stone-paved roads project.

The leadership of the Capital Region Independent Development Authority (CRIDA) held a party on the premises of the organization’s headquarters to distribute the letters of appreciation which were awarded by President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani to some of the employees for their good performance in the rehabilitation of Eidgha Mosque. The gathering started with the recitation of few versus from the Holy Quran, as later on acting CEO of CRIDA engineer Abdul Sami Stanakzai stressed the importance of the assembly, and talked about the activities, achievements and efforts of CRIDA.

Acting CEO of Capital Region Independent Development Authority (CRIDA) engineer Abdul Sami Stanakzai, a delegation from administrative board, head of Kabul Provincial Council, head of 12th municipal district, elders, youth, influential figures and women of Qala-e-Shahnan neighborhood of Kabul city participated in a ceremony held for the commencement of practical work on a 5.14 kilometer stone-paved road project which is implemented in accordance with CRID’s balanced development plan.
